Membership Agreement

Welcome to Omni Translate Premium Membership! This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our premium subscription services ("Premium Service"). By subscribing to the Premium Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not subscribe to the Premium Service.

The Omni Translate Premium Service provides enhanced features and benefits beyond the free version of the Service, including but not limited to:

By subscribing to the Premium Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees for the duration of your subscription. The Premium Service is available on a weekly or yearly basis, as indicated at the time of purchase.

2.1 Payment

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. You agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your subscription. Apple's payment terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee will be charged to your Apple ID account at the then-current rate.

2.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Premium Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also change the subscription fees from time to time, but will notify you of any such changes before they take effect.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Premium Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Premium Service will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Translate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Premium Service or inability to use the Premium Service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Omni Translate is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the Service. Your continued use of the Premium Service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Agreement.
